Ok someone explain to me why the sub contractors did not or could not do what another sub contractor did JUST NOW.

Apparently when the electric company buried the line, NOT the cable company, but the electric company, it came with a cable anyway. Ok, so why the fuck did the other sub contracting cable company not do what the guys did just now, which took less than 5 minutes to do?

Point is,  not only did the other sub contractor not pick up their tools, they did not bury the cable line, which the other sub contractor did JUST NOW?

I watched them, and it took no time. Now I can actually mow my front lawn without worrying about running over the cable.
