One hole. That is why it works. If there was more than one hole it would leak and be a less efficient sucking tool. If there were 0 holes it would not work at all. Straws suck.

How many holes does a straw have?

I mean, I can see how people are saying 0, but that is only be redefining what other people mean when they say hole to be something where holes can't even exist. I also sort of understand 2, but again, people are redefining hole to be opening in that case, which is at least understandable if technically incorrect.
