Low fat diets are a thing of the past, for the most part. If you're trying to lose weight, best bet is to eat meats, vegetables, and fruits, limit the carbs, and eliminate sugars and other processed foods.

With that being said, grilled chicken breast or white fish with green beans and baked sweet potato on the side is an example of a healthy dish that is also relatively low on fat.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

There’s also evidence to suggest that the sugar industry paid scientists to point the blame at fat as the reason people were gaining weight. Low fat meals increased in popularity and sugar was added to improve the taste.

Removing refined sugar from your diet can go a long way. I don’t drink sodas anymore, try to keep candy intake down, etc.

I marinate cubed chicken breast in no fat greek yogurt, garlic, curry, and lemon juice. Skewer, then grill over hot coals.

I like cooking chicken in a crock pot for 12 hours until I can shred it with a fork. I let it cool and use it in lettuce wraps or make chicken salad with it. I'll even make a chicken and pineapple stir fry with baby corn and dry Chinese noodles.

It's recommended to eat a lot of vegetables which would require a lot of fatty food. Is there a point in blending veggies and just drinking without chewing because of their bad taste?

Veggies don't taste bad, and you don't need to drown them in butter to make them good.

Toss almost any veggie in a little olive oil, sesame, or coconut oil (healthy fat), add some seasoning (garlic powder, basil, rosemary, and thyme are good basic choices) a pinch of salt and some lemon juice and grill, roast, bake or saute them. Tasty! For some, like zucchini, saute in a little veggie or chicken broth. There are so many tasty ways to prepare veggies! One you cut out most of your sugar and more carbs, you will find your taste for veggies increases. They only taste terrible while your taste buds are used to highly refined, high sugar, low fat garbage.

Cut out as much sugar as you can, and limit carbs. When you do pick carbs, pick healthier versions. Whole grain rice or pasta once in a while is fine, but not every day. Quinoa and lentils are great options!

Also, soup! Soups are a great and tasty way to eat your veggies.

As others say, low fat diets will actually make you fatter. It's sugar that will kill you.

I've replaced butter with lemon juice for a lot of steamed veggies, including broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. You'd be surprised at how great they taste with it.

Also try grilled veggies with a bit of Old Bay seasoning. Being a native Marylander, I grew up with the stuff and I put it on everything.

Lol, I thought you were doing low carb.  What happened?

This happened in the 60’s, yes.  Unfortunately, at that time researchers were not required to disclose funding sources, so it was easy for them to get away with it. However, this doesn’t mean that sugar is poison and no one should ever eat it, like a lot of alarmists will cry.  A little bit of occasional sugar isn’t going to destroy anyone’s good health; especially not someone who maintains a healthy weight, exercises regularly, and eats a generally well-balanced diet.

Here is a good article that discusses the sugar industry cover up in the 60’s if anyone is interested.
