Beccs, on an unrelated note, the average house price in NZ is NZ$649 thousand! The average house price in Auckland is 1m !!!! WTAF!!!

There's a housing crisis here at the moment.

Too many immigrants, not enough accomodation.

It's driving up house prices and rent.
