This is the first in a series of Guides from me to help you through life.

Today:  Making Sushi.

1.  Gather your ingredients.
2.  Roll the ingredients together on the roller.
3.  Realise you've completely messed up the sushi and nothing you can do will fix it.
4.  Realise that the sushi is a metaphor for your life.
5.  Roll into the fetal position under the table and wonder if anyone will ever love you.

I never got into the sushi thing, but step five rings a bell.... quite possibly with a bottle of sake in hand.
