If you think about this - you can't help but be a bit conflicted.
Think about it --- this tribe - is being legally entitled to practicing the most extreme form of xenophobia.
That' s right --- we ensure their right to kill people they don't like. Which is basically everybody, that isn't them.

It' s like Star Trek' s "prime directive" taken to the absolute limits....
"Gee - we can' t interfere with these guys hating the whole rest of the world"....

I'm pretty sure that those people haven't signed up for ANY kind of acceptance policy beyond "kill 'em all", else why would the prohibition be so widely known? I bet they never heard of the Geneva Convention, either, and wouldn't care if some stupid diplomat showed up at their shores to explain it to them. They'd (justifiably) fill him full of arrows, too. They likely have NO room for refugees. I really hope that that dumb shit didn't bring a "white man's disease" to them. For all we know he was an anti-vaxxer, and could be carrying a lethal disease.

Estimates of the impact of disease ridden Europeans on native americans in the 15th-16th centuries are that exposure of non protected groups resulted in up to 90% of the population being wiped out by disease.
Nothing good can come from letting xtians land.
