I moved a lot growing up. I think this has affected my ability to stick to things. I get bored after a while and if I don’t change duties, it feels like an itch you can’t reach. I rearranged my cubicle this morning. It’s not helping.

I have this trouble too, at times. If I'm not challenging my mind it gets bored and wants to do other things. Luckily surgery focuses the mind.
"I'm bored. I think I'll go home!"
"What about the patient?"
"He's unconscious. He won't notice!"
"But your hands are still in his chest!"
I also have trouble delegating. Which isn't good when training an intern (and I"m getting a new plaything next year!)
And, like Boru, letting go. I never hold a grudge any longer than absolutely necessary. Though I think Boru has more reason than me.

My eye is just the most blatant case. As a more prosaic example, someone cut me off in traffic two months ago and I’m still fuming about it. The missus says it’s a wonder I don’t have the blood pressure of a hummingbird on angel dust.
