Facilitating payments for the products that is coming in



Entering the details of few invoices ,
in an Excel sheet .



Sending the Excel Sheet to the appropriate department .

This work i do is for a restaurant

This work is temporary .

I am doing a distance education commerce degree and it should be over within 5 months time .

So , when the course ends this work ends too

I once had a job in a bakery where a girl put the unsliced bread in a plastic packet, handed it to me and I put a twist tie on the top.
The girl was non-talkative and I lasted five hours of the six hour shift.

I feel like quitting this job already .

Too much managing stuffs involved , Too much excel sheet work involved .

My God or something else , Treat people like People and Give them time to adjust to the new situations .

I am taking a break away from forum too .

I want this to be the last post for a while until i finish a goal .

Not sure if this an appropriate song .But i am keeping it here to remind me of a strange time .

I thought this would be a break .

But i don't think i can stay away from a forum without sharing and typing few important point that comes to my mind .

This Job has turned into a Hotel management Job suddenly .

I suddenly have to manage a lot of things

Feeling not so great , Lol

Somebody i know told me to gain an year of experience in this field somehow , because in the future that would be an advantage .

I think that is the only thing i do not do there .

I mean i do everything for them from purchasing ,
managing their store ,
Issuing products to the departments  ,
keeping track of things coming in and coming out in a book and a software ,
manages their vouchers  ,
facilitates payment for the suppliers ,
Keeps some vouchers of the suppliers for later payments ,
manages the software for purchase and issued items ,
Keeps tracks of expense and sales in an excel sheet ,
Sends daily reports to the management team ,
Prepares payroll in an excel sheet ,
Distributes salaries to the staff ,
At the same time i even have to manage the cashiers job when he leaves for a lunch break ,

All this i learned in 5 days .

I have learned a lot of things ,

But this is making me a bit sick
