Homicide: Life on the Street was a real good show.

A couple of times I've turned on a 10% music station, heard a Neil Young song and wondered if he's dead.
Feelings felt when unexpectedly hearing a favoured tune used to be different.
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

The Adena Watson episodes of Homicide, Life on the Street, were some of the very best television shows I have ever seen. Braugher's performance was massive.

Tony Tarantino. He was Quentin Tarantino's dad. He was an actor.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
