RIP thread
RE: RIP thread

Somehow, this will always be what comes to mind when I hear the name "Quincy Jones." Or at least the rest of the episode, which I can't find a clip of on YouTube. Not even one of the many scenes where they drop the N-bomb, which I know would be verboten anyway.

Geneviève Grad, the French actress best known for her role in gendarmerie comedy movies where she played the daughter of Louis de Funès's character. I mean who hasn't fallen in love with those French imbecilic cops? If you haven't seen them definitely watch The Troops of St. Tropez (1964).
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
