Fed Court, "hand over 8yrs of your finances"

Fed Court, "hand over 8yrs of your finances"
Federal court has sided with the House in that their subpoena must be followed demanding to see Trump's financial records. Considering  Brokeahontas lost a billion in a decade in the 80s/90s, who wants to bet the past 8 years won't look that much different?

What difference will it make at this point?

45 is going to do what he wants, yes, but that does not mean because he is trying to sink the ship, we cant or should not try to stop him.

Don't something is better than doing nothing. Now again, I am not talking about trying to convince his base.

But we did have almost 1,000 prosecutors of both parties say any other person outside that office would have been indicted. And even during his run 50 former intel agents all said Americans shouldn't put him in office. Doing nothing insures failure.

Trump is banking (pun very much intended) that he can stall and countersue long enough to get these subpoenas all the way to his pet Supreme Court and win there.  Maybe someone in his inner circle should whisper to him that US presidents denying subpoenas on the grounds of executive privilege doesn't work out very well for them.

As right leaning as the SCOTUS is right now, these cases are on the fast track, and despite the current makeup, the SCOTUS still has had a long history of trying to avoid undermining lower courts.

Think about it, all these false accusations coming from Trump and his camp about an out of control FBI are nonsense knowing anything they do has to be based on probable cause, warrants and FISA courts. And most of the judges involved in all those convictions were REPUBLICAN appointees.

I am not saying there isn't any danger, but I think the more that comes out about him, to COURTS, the less likely he is to get away with it.

I have to admit, I gave Burr the benefit of the doubt, and was proven wrong, he is acting like a personal lawyer. But like I said, there are plenty in the intel community and prosecutors nationwide of both parties that see through his shit. The hard part is getting more of the public to see the same.

What are the odds though that Mazars will cave before he can even get an appeal to Merrick Garland in. It's not a good look for them at the moment obeying his wishes.

The judge gave them seven days to hand over the records.  I have no idea how long your appeals process takes (although Trump's battalion of lawyers asked the judge for a stay, and he basically told them to stuff it).

I am beginning to think that Skynet is real, and trump is the first phase of the operation to wipe out humanity.
