Repeating in this context is not "repetition". "Repeating" can be one time, "Repetition" is several times. In the case of Fucks News it is 24/7. 

Nepalitano did a very rare thing on that network, he stuck to reporting. It is a rare example of someone not being a sycophant.

Again, what he did in that clip indicated a realization that the position he held in the past was far more shaky than he wanted to admit and was a glint of him having a conscious. 

He did tell the truth and without giving away the ghost he was agreeing with Mueller.

Which is what I already told you.  And, since he was reporting, he couldn't possibly have agreed with Mueller.  If he had, it would have been editorializing.
