Is God a logical contradiction?
RE: Is God a logical contradiction?
Again with the obvious trolling. If you need a spoon held to your mouth to find something out, you're in the wrong place. If you pretend to need a spoon held to your mouth to find something else, you're most definitely in the wrong place.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

At this point, it's clear that acknowledging the fact that stolen concepts manifest themselves as logical fallacies is the point in conversation that John can't go passed.

It's a shame, because even though John relies on facts of b to object to there being facts of b....a person doesn't have to do so. There are valid objections to those asserted facts of b, whether we're discussing non human or human consciousness.

There are competent arguments, that John refuses to avail himself of, after having sunk his time and credibility into this doomed one.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Something we can agree on, for once, lol.

Go! Let wonder lead you to knowledge.

Next we should agree on what my objection has been; you've been struggling in that regard.

You have a genetic objection to a body of facts which you simultaneously require to be true.

This is why it was pointless to caution MA about fmri's, or to get into some pissing match with me about whether or not facts exist.

Gae: "You have a genetic objections..."

I said we should agree on what my objection has been, because again, you've been struggling. You're struggling to comprehend this sentence alone lol.

You're right, we should...but I don't think we can as long as you remain unclear on the terms of a stolen concept, or genetic objections.

(you might notice that I'm -always- in favor of agreeing to a body of facts, lol)

Gae: "Many other animals are also conscious, some, even have a conscience."

Show me the body of facts stating that many animals are conscious and some have a conscience. Oh that's right; there aren't any.
