After 9/11, there was a caller (troll or not, I don't know) on a local radio station who said that he believed the Japanese were behind the attacks. He then went on to say that there was a news story that was quashed about how the Japanese "still have some of our boys" from WWII in prisoner-of-war camps.

Ah, yes. Being heavily involved in the study of the raid on Pearl Harbor has meant that I run into people like that. Doh
