Obviously anecdotal, but as much as I like making shit, and making shit work..it really doesnt strike me as being anything like fucking.
Maybe you should open a shop, if the two seem so similar? Particularly in light of how, apparently, all the mechanics where you're from are grifty assholes. You'd clearly be good at it, and people like me could pay people like you so that we don't have to waste our time doing the menial labor you describe, in that comparison.

I would love to know how mechanical stuff works.
I have a problem, and I'm not trying to be funny, but I can't do things if they bore me. And I also find it hard to care about money, even though know I should. Luckily I do have a skill and that is to get other people to do things for me for free. I suppose they get the benefit of my cheery company.
