Two possibilities, really.
Either the person in question is practicing medicine without a license, or they're unethically recommending rx meds - including a Schedule IV controlled substance - without taking a medical history.
Not a lot of middle ground really.

There’s a reason face to face consults are important...

Not to mention that this person needs a prescription to acquire these substances without breaking the law, so this person is suggesting breaking the law by suggesting the OP not go to the doctor. Again, fucking asshole.

See if those voices can direct you to your 'Caps Lock' key. If so, give it a poke, there's a good lad.

I've had to work with quite a few schizophrenics over the last couple of years and this type of talk is common to me now.
It's weird how religion always has to worm it's way into the delusions.
When you hang out with these people for extended periods of time you see that they really suffer.
And the medication often doesn't work as this individual has stated and paranoia then delays any fine tuning.
It's quite sad.
