Is eating hunted meat ethical?
RE: Is eating hunted meat ethical?
Sure, np. Where would you like to begin? Lobbying pressure on environmental studies, the issue of the conventional model, creative accounting in carbon footprints, or misconceptions about the global methane and/or co2 budget and the role that livestock plays?

(there are, easily, hundreds of other factors, local, regional, and global - but those are the big four)

There's also the more positive track - explaining all of the ways that livestock production is an essential component of any plan to reduce or eliminate fossil fuel consumption through multiple, simultaneous avenues.

Raising children is the equivalent of slavery.  They should be released into the wild as Nature intended.

Riiight?  Still, that's an issue when it comes to the claims being made about livestock production and global warming.

As propaganda, it's actually quite clever.

(I set my brood loose on the wild every day - the ground gets pretty clear of wildlife during those hours - we all have routines, lol)

But cow farts will lead to the fall of human civilisation, the destruction of the environment, and the heat death of the universe.

No, you have to keep them inside to make veal. If you let them run amok they get tough and gamey.
