Its a b movie about inter city rivalry in the UK.

Something like this? Territoriality? According to the director - "Rapman" the film is actually about love and being NON-violent.

... and in related news, dayum, someone really cared enough about Billy Jack to restore it to 1080p in this day and age. Knowing the history of the Billy Jack series, it was probably Tom Laughlin himself.
