Update: He's been arrested (out on bond) and charged with sexual battery. The maximum penalty for where it happened in 12 months in prison and a $5000 fine.
He also issued one of those non-apology apologies: 'Alex, I am sorry. I did not mean to do this. You know, I actually had a coworker who did shit like this, but, then again, she was a bisexual girl (and a very confused one at that) who looked like a pudgier and more baby-faced version of Ellen Page who tended to act like a child. This may have made it harder for the boss to take it seriously, especially when, with she was with the one other girl on the staff who was into girls, really became even more childlike than usual.

As alarming as it is, the majority of the times I remember being groped, it was in my teens by an older man. I wonder if that's true for most women.

Given that I’ve seen some studies (fuck if I know where) that men (from infancy to old age) seem to respond the best to the faces of teenage girls, and that older people tend to be given a lot of leeway to act inappropriately (or just plain not give a shit about social norms), this seems remarkably plausible. It’s a shame that this is way too commonplace to get some actual numbers in a study.

Typically anywhere there was a crowd of people (concerts especially). My first experience with sexual harassment by an older man was when I was 12 (sexual gestures and grabbing his crotch).
