Were you able to connect with Allah?
How do you know the connection works/you connect at all?
How do you know its Allah?
What and how does he communicate back to you when connected?

I don't know. Since I don't hear voices I can't tell, but prayer makes me feel good and export negative energy elsewhere.

I don't. But it makes me feel better; more like "curing the bruises I collected the whole day/even years".

Quote:How do you know its Allah?

huh?

It is God, even the tiniest atoms of the universe are his. So say: I pray to become better educated. Gradually; I join AF, start to learn English from its native speakers, and become so much better at science.

Me..the guy sucking at math, they guy who has M.S and problems with cognitive functions..
I pray, God listens, he is close

But activities like prayer are very good, science even proved it:

Quote:Another recent study by Columbia University found that participating in regular meditation or other spiritual practice actually thickens parts of the brain’s cortex, and this could be the reason those activities tend to guard against depression — especially in those at risk for the disease.

Praying for others might not help them that much, but several studies have found benefits for the person doing the prayer — whether they are praying for someone else or themselves.

I add from personal experience, that prostration to God is very useful, this is how to do it:

So its less prayer and more like meditation. Why cant you admit to this to yourself?

Again, why still pray to Allah and not to someone else (or nobody at all!), if its just for making you feel better. You dont need to hold silly beliefs in order to meditate and be mindful.

Well i assumed in your answer you woult state that you connect somehow to Allah, but you denied this. So this question is redundant i guess

No, you just admitted, you dont know what it is, since you cant connect/communicate at all. "It just makes you feel good". Read it above.

Well you may be pretty good at english, that much i can attest.
I am sorry, not so much for getting educated, as we found out in the slavery thread. You let your, rather fanatical, beliefs get in the way of getting educated, like so mane people. Its a shame.

Imaginary friends are probably not the best idea to face the harsh reality of your medical condition(s).
Again, you said it: You pray and you feel better. No feedback at all from anything external to you. So, how do you know that Allah listens?

I feel genuinely sorry for you. But part of your situation and state of mind is the result of your own doing.

Questions:

-What happens if you pray wrong?

-Is it more damaging to the prayer to get the movement, the time, or the words wrong?

-If you get something wrong, do you have to start the prayer over?

-If you DO have to start over, the timing is off, so is that particular prayer cancelled for the day?

-If you get a prayer wrong and you pray for forgiveness, and you get THAT prayer wrong, will you be forgiven?

-Suppose you're an astronaut on the ISS.  This machine orbits the Earth every 90 minutes. Do you have to complete the five prayers in 90 minutes (that breaks down to one prayer every 18 minutes around the clock, or 80 prayers in 24 hours)?

No; I practice the steps in the OP from ( A to F ) ; that's not really "Meditation". "Meditation" is usually a part of YOGA.
Moreover; ablution and cleaning your body physically from semen and poop/piss is another difference between YOGA and Islamic prayer. Calling for "God" in Sujud and recite verses from the Quran while standing is also another difference.
Quote:Again, why still pray to Allah and not to someone else (or nobody at all!), if its just for making you feel better. You dont need to hold silly beliefs in order to meditate and be mindful.

Allah accepts the prayer; usually when something is stuck in my life or burdening me I call God to solve it for me or help me do it. That's how I got to where I am now.

I'm not. Until this day I don't catch many of English phrases -vocal English is even harder-.
I'm educated pretty well; programming is my field and I'm becoming better at it everyday.

M.S damaged my body some extent, but I still have my mind.  My mind is quite good, I can even practice programming, socialize, smoke, and do all the fun things.

Nothing, but when you know that you prayed wrong in the future follow the Quran and do it right.
Quote:-Is it more damaging to the prayer to get the movement, the time, or the words wrong?

It depends.
-If you didn't follow the verses right: then in the future follow the Quran and do it right.
-If you knew how to do it but chose another way: then you carry the responsibility of your action in front of God.

Quote:-If you get something wrong, do you have to start the prayer over?

It depends on your consciousness. Would you bet on God forgiving your action, or don't?

Quote:-If you DO have to start over, the timing is off, so is that particular prayer cancelled for the day?

No. The time of each of the 3 prayers is very very long, see the OP.

Quote:-If you get a prayer wrong and you pray for forgiveness, and you get THAT prayer wrong, will you be forgiven?

I don't know,

If you subtract 90 from 90, the answer is 0.
Surprisingly, if you subtract another 90, the answer is -90.

If prayer is good..then praying to a rock is good, because it's prayer. There's nothing in any study, anywhere....ever....that lends credence to praying to allah or any other particular thing.

Frankly, rocks don't make the kinds of batshit demands on human life that your garbage god does, so that's a plus one in favor of praying to them instead. Good job Atlas.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Rock stars don't answer the prayer.
Allah does.
