A cowboy rides along, and happens upon a scene where a guy is stripped naked, face down, staked out on the ground. He inquires as to what happened, and a muffled voice comes back, "Indians raided our place, kidnapped my children, and raped me and my wife. They took her away and left me staked out on this anthill." There is the sound of a heavy belt buckle hitting the ground, and then the cowboy says, "This just ain't your day."
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Is this dark enough?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

You know why Ronald Reagan is a great Republican? Because he's dead!
So Rush Limbaugh got cancer. Isn't that kind of like Bruce Springsteen getting a Boss?
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Isn't he the same fuckwit who didn't want clean needles distributed to help stem a surge in HIV cases?
JUST the guy you want in charge of an infectious disease outbreak.
