Definitely funny. I got that it was fake when the author mentioned that three of his lungs collapsed. Three of them.

So, our dipshit governor here in Texas won't back a mask mandate and is happy to send kids back to school this month but is now asking for help from medical personnel from other states to come here and help with the latest surge in hospitalization because we have run out of staff to handle this new wave.
