Instead of doing a set number try to max out. Push your body to fail and you will increase your muscle mass much quicker. You might even gain weight but keep going and you'll have more muscle mass, which will burn fat faster.

Thanks for the reply , I was already pushing it to the limit from the beginning , now i am very comfortable doing these sets I don't know if i should do more pushups , wouldn't that be a bit too much ? When i spent 45 minutes for workout i don't feel much tiredness . I will try to do more exercises from June . My stamina is increasing , which is a good news
The point is, if you do just enough and especially if you are comfortable you will progress very slowly. To properly progress you have to push that shit! Be careful to use proper form so you don't pull anything, but you should be ruined after a proper workout. The next day you should feel a burn in your muscles and if you really dug deep your second day will be worse. Take proper rest as well. I like to lift weights Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and use Tuesday and Thursday as rest days by doing 20-30 minutes of cardio.

Thanks , In the beginning when i used to do it , i had lot of pain all over my body , But now i don't have it anymore . Some pain in the neck is still there , lol My plan is go to the gym after this Covid 19 is over and then i will spent more time in the gym . Instead of this 45 minutes at home , i have plans to do for 1 and half hours So this is almost like a pre workout at home before i go to the gym . Once i am in the gym i will do more workouts in those machines and treadmills
The key is to vary your workouts by either changing the exercises you are doing so you work different muscles OR increase intensity/weight.
Yes ,
I will try to slowly increase the types of exercise i can do at home . Maybe i can add lunges to my workouts . Other than that i can't think of anything else that i can do at home . If i do more than that now , i will be very exhausted
Kettle bells or pin workouts...
I don't know what your money sitch is but you could buy bells or pins. I'm buying a house pretty soon and plan on getting a weight bench, adjustable dumbells, and olympic bar to get back into it. I'll finally have enough room to set up a workout area.
OK ,
I will try to buy some dumbbells too . By July beginning i will try something more than this usual exercises
