I have yet to see a valid argument on your part.  You just seem to be claiming that Trump has never had any responsibility for Covid-19.  And you keep insisting this despite the mountain of evidence arguing otherwise.

Turn off Faux News and Infowars and Breitbart and stop going to 8chan and stay away from r/The_Donald.  get some real news for a change.  I'm not saying you need to go to the far left side of things.  Just try to get away from propaganda in all its forms.

Watching Trump pat himself on the back because ventilator production has increased in sickening after what happened in New York.

Trump is the definition of a narcissist, so he has to find a way to give himself a pat on the back in every situation.  I honestly think that the most stressful part of this pandemic for him is that he can't have his rallies where he has a huge crowd of people all cheering him on.  I mean, yeah, ordinary politicians still try to dodge blame for their mistakes, but they still worry more about the problem at hand than they do their own popularity.

We keep pointing out that even according to Trump (when convenient) he's in charge and responsible and prof just wants to blame shift and make excuses to get Trump off the hook.

No we don't like you because you come off as a disingenuous person with a clear agenda you cloak in flowery nonesense .In his case you're clearly engaging in Trump apologetics and trying shift the blame for his failures onto everything else under the sun.

That is not true. I am blaming the whole hierarchy of government that we are supposed to trust.

You cannot do that, because you lack the objectivity and critical thinking skills to understand the purpose of a three-level governing system, because of the biased opinions you consume.

Ok, tell me this: which party has the majority in all three branches of the federal government?  Shouldn't we at least lay some of the blame there?

No your cloaking your Trump apologetics in  criticism of government hierarchy and don't have the balls to admit it

Nope i'm just honest and not falling for your bullshit blame shifting .So spare me your lectures .

Trump 100% to blame for his government's failure .Just as Bernie or Obama or anybody else would be .Hell he even accepted this idea in 2013

I actually think this is more why he wants to open things up: he wants those large crowds of admirers. He needs that ego boost every so often.

Who is the leader of the federal government, Prof?

I'll give you a hint, he's too busy packing the courts with rightwing child judges, filling concentration camps and his own pockets to do anything about a pandemic. Unless..always and ofc, it's to tell states they're on their own..in these united states...while seizing shipments they procured on their own...to send to fucking russia, apparently.

I am sure that Trump gets pleasure out of seeing the number of viewers tune into the press conferences. He would not consider the fact that people are tuning in to hear what Fauci and Birx have to say and you sort of have to sit through Trump to get there.

It's surely gratifying for Trump to have Pence take the mic and repeat over and over his ass-kissing compliments while sprinkling in a bit of information here and there. I am not sure how he can speak so clearly with his lips planted so firmly on Trump's ass...but he manages to do it.

Then the parade of whatever experts and/or politicians that come up to relay information with a heavy dose of Trump's the best ever. Sadly Fauci and Birx are ass-kissing more and more and changing their straight talk to Trumpspeak.

All those things are what Trump needs but they aren't scratching the itch that a rabid crowd at a rally will when they cheer as he spews his hate and lies. Seeing the MAGA hats and watching the crowd roar and drool are the things he really wants.

(April 16, 2020 at 8:56 pm)Prof.Lunaphiles Wrote: This guy writing for the New York Times claims expertise in the title of the article that he writes to try to mitigate his failure to generate an effective plan: I used to run the C.D.C. here’s what it can do to slow this pandemic. The Times backs him up with a description of the similar epidemics during his tenure in the Obama Administration.

Quote:Dr. Frieden is a former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention  during the Obama administration, overseeing the federal responses to the H1N1 influenza, Ebola and Zika epidemics.
http://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/12/opinio...virus.html

But I think it is pretty obvious now, to even the smartest of atheists, that a warning system should have been in place, and it is obvious that the ObamaCare policy directives did not have such a system, because the Obamamites would be referring to it.
I am going to claim to be the first person to generate a warning system that is easy to follow and understand, and that the Trump Administration is basically doing it, because what else could the federal government do?
a warning schedule proposal:

0. All clear - no government warnings
1. Emerging communicable disease in the world - issue of international travel screening.
2. Communicable disease on the continent - issue domestic travel screening.
3. Communicable disease in the region - issue personal protective measures.
4. Communicable disease in local area - issue social distancing measures.
5. Communicable disease local pandemic - martial law.

And then basically, the “reopening of the economy,” goes in the rescinding of the warning levels.

So, what did Trump do that was so wrong? Remember, he was being tried for high crimes and misdemeanors, and remember Speaker Pelosi ripping up his State of the Union remarks - what is that supposed to signify to the American people about trusting Trump's administration??
The biggest mistake Trump made was that he did not suffer a debilitating stroke in September of 2016.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
