all of islam needs to be declared a terrorist organization. 
the muslim brotherhood is the largest terrorist organization even if the names change, al-nusra front or al-aaeda does not matter, but their roots and ideas remain within muslim brotherhood, especially sayyid qutb, the largest theoretician of terrorist organizations and their spiritual father.
the mb are generally blamed for any act of terrorism right now in egypt. they should share some of the blame for allowing groups as ansar beit almoqades to set up in the sinai (the presidential pardons allowed that, plus halting operation Sinai)but not all of it.
