You moan about how food is contaminated or you can't exercise because you hurt yourself, it is all just petty reasons to put off actually doing something about your health. Huh

Hmmm...let's see.

"Bricktop, did you injure your back in a childhood accident which has keeps causing severe pain during exercising?"

Yes

"Have you got a gym membership?"

Yes, however the building has been demolished because we're building a swimming pool for training during the 2012 olympics (I think)

"Did you play Rugby?"

Yes

"Do you do pushups on a daily basis?"

Yes

"Do you enjoy hiking and walking?"

Yes, I enjoy long walks around town, I've climbed three mountains and go hiking in the highlands of scotland.

"Have you seen a nutritionist?"

Yes

Of course it's procrastination.

Quote:You *know* smoking is bad for you (how could it not be?) but you will find little reasons to have another quick puff ("I'll stop this weekend", "I'll just finish this packet" etc).
Same goes for food. You *know* what is healthy to eat (and its not pie & chips) but you put aside the big problems and pick at the small ones "I can't tell if this salad has a bit of lard in it, I'll just have sausage, mash and gravy.".

For the exception that I drank about 3 bottles of fresh orange a day, ate watermelons, grapes, oranges etc. I spent about £350 a month on fruit and veg for the whole family.

Don't you fucking dare think I haven't tried.
The usual problem with "internet problem diagnosis". You say "I eat, smoke, drink too much and can't do anything about it!" (or words to that effect) and it turns out thats only part of the picture.

And you now say "Yes, I enjoy long walks around town" whereas in your first post you complained about exactly that!

And suddenly (obviously it might turn out to not be suddenly at all) you change your diet to include lots of "healthy" fruit. I'm not surprised you found it hard, if I changed my diet to be like that I'd probably spend all day on the toilet!

And I didn't say you hadn't tried, you made it clear you had in your first post. The problem is that you have made HUGE changes to your life and wonder why you find it hard.

I never said I don't enjoy them. Actually they're great fun.
Thats the problem with "addictions" your brain is fooled into thinking they are "fun".
