That's an awfully long winded way to say that he's bad at words.  Nevermind the sims stuff, this is far more interesting.  Why is it that the president can't misspeak?  He bumblefucks some word out of his obviously malfunctioning shit hole...and a certain subset jumps to say that, actually, it's always been pronounced eastasia.

Anyway, if I have to go through hell that's what's going to happen.  Nothing I can do about that.  NPCs get put through whatever the player wants them to be put through.  Maybe I've done it thousands of times already, and the player draws such immense enjoyment from my fiery end that he keeps reloading the level, backing up the save.

Don't know, don't care, didn't even click the link.  Lot's of people misspeak.  I misspeak...you misspeak, we all misspeak.  It's like pooping. 

What bothers me, and what I describe above, is how you and the subset that you belong to respond to this person misspeaking.  Are you truly oblivious here? No clue that you're even doing it? Have you always been this way...or did you become this way at a particular moment in time?

Yeah, maybe that's what It is, whatever it is.   Is god having trouble with his rig? FWIW, this is probably a good analogy for death,from what we know of death. A cascading system failure. This probably explains why hell and death aren't compelling threats to me. I expect the thing you fear. I'm not particularly bothered by it. I doubt that it would take much of a sim to figure that out, and..presumably, the advanced alien species running the sim either set that value for me, or could just look it up in my code.

All of that was already assumed.  What if is a great question.  To me, the what if is inconsequential.  Have you considered the ramifications of the comparison to your own beliefs?  Does anything stand out as troubling for you, or an issue that would cause you to reevaluate your notions of god?

If God is a programmer who did what the bible describes then so be it.

There's no point in trying to argue any "wouldn't this be a god even if science cant yadda yadda yadda", and science already has a label for "advanced alien species".....advanced alien species.

if this is a sim set to separate God's people from Lucifer, then nothing changes except a plausible/modern understanding of how and why.

there isn't much a simple visit here to my facility or home would could not verify.

Honestly if i lived and saw and only experienced what you have i might have come to the same conclusion. but i learned along time ago if God calls you out of the boat and onto the water, that even if you loose faith 1/2 to him you will know it is god who saves you as you will be too far out there for anyone else to help.

this is how stuff gets twisted into lies. someone 1/2 asses a event, and the next person butchers it further to make it even more outlandish.

When my wife was in long term heroin rehab months after we got married, and i had to drive 6 hours to see her for an hour then turn around and go home, believe it or not i began to doubt. So i would pray... then what ever i prayed for seem to be the subject on the next day's radio show. this went on for months. then my job changed, and couldn't listen to christian radio in mix company as it made some of the convicted felons i worked with uncomfortable. Then God open up the library of heaven for me and began to help me find my own answers. from life to the bible to all the supposed paradoxes. Worked so well I answered all the questions i had. then went to a christian site to answer there questions. then the atheists as they would ask questions i never heard before. and it was like i was learning along side those who asked questions. I would often time be writing in blocks and the ideas not connect and then have to come back and reassemble whole paragraphs by cutting whole paragraphs out and moving them to the front or back and then everything made sense.

and the reason i am right about what i say? because apart of me has no idea what the other part is doing and i will go back and fact check or scripture check everything i don't already know. then i will cross reference it.

The whole how to assimilate all of evolution in a literal 7 day creation was a prime example of that. I was given the lack of a time line in chapter 3 which is at the end of the theory and worked out things in blocks then assembled it all.

Or today with the margine 1000. that was just a palace holder for all the other info in that block i just forgot to flesh that bit out.
