The contest of wills has begun. Let us know who wins, the dog or the human.

Not enough info. Age, breed, weight, daily routine (other than biting), chew toys? My guess is that he's not been exercised enough and is bored.
14 weeks, Rough Collie, gets up has breakfast then goes out with me for a walk. Normally he's tired after that so has a nap. Wakes up and is fine until lunchtime.. Has his lunch and a plays in the garden then another nap. I got him some bones from the butchers, he has buried two of them somewhere.. Tea time he has another feed and a walk, it's usually after this that he has his mad half hour... Once we get over that he's fine and sleeps all night.
He's definitely not bored in our house.
Our youngest was like that. Towards the end of the day she would get wild, bossy, growly. Kind of like the kid who is tired/cranky but does not want to go to bed. My thoughts are to try more stimulation/interaction activities, ...... extend his walk, rope tug, fetch, a kong with hard to get treats, .......... crate/kennel after to self sooth if necessary.
Plus this is right around the time of losing baby teeth. And nipping is part of the breeds herding behavior.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.
