I think he may be putting the tea in the wrong end.

Stop dissembling. You aren’t happy about this, not even a little bit, not under any circumstances. You have become a liar without shame.

Boru

I'm always happy with people choosing what they want through peace and consulting between themselves, but Sudan -and all of the Middle East- is far behind that.

Then why for the life of me, do you have a hard time with that people in the west are capable of wanting the same thing?

Um if you think Saudi Arabia and Iran are up to date like the west, and they are both far richer than Sudan, you are nuts.

ALL three Abrahamic religions, Islam, Hebrew and Christianity, started out in the age of kings. So the holy writings of all three are going to reflect the attitude of loyalty to your local ruler, and the god that ruler ascribes to. And considering how much harsher life was in reality back then, even in polytheism, your loyalty was going to be to that ruling class.

So when you talk about wanting peace, I don't doubt that. I think you do want peace, but for the wrong reasons, and for the same reasons most humans defend all religions. You defend it the same way  as Christians and Jews, " If you just see it my way, and you just follow me, we can have peace." That is not peace, that is not cooperation, that is narcissism.

It's a quite well established fact that there wasn't any evil in the world before 1776. Before that horrible year, people danced, frolicked and had some killer block parties, where they would share recipes and braid each other's hair.

It wasn't voted for by the people of Brunei.

If the people in Brunei voted and agreed to carry on such a law in their internal affairs, then their freedom must be ensured.

But, we all know that Sharia law is abusive towards other people; it never stops at the borders of the country it is applied in but "armed violent Jihad" must be carried out against almost the whole world, thus making it a very hostile and dangerous belief, even Muslims who don't agree with the law become authentic target to the believers in Sharia law.

We saw what happened when ISIS enforced such law. People couldn't even handle them for 5 years in a row.

If it wasn't voted on or agreed on by the people, then it's a zero on the left.

May an Ostrich burp in you. After eating lots of raw onions.

May an ifrit of the jinn devour your nipples.

(What is it with you and ostriches, anyway?)

This is the fourth time (I think) that he’s mentioned ostriches in reference to me - starting to sound like some weird fetish he has.

You know, the major kind that involves the entire ostrich.

Ostriches are magnificent creatures. Maybe their obvious similarity to dinosaurs is what make me fascinated about them. But just like their cousins -chicken; birds in general- they look....naturally stupid and enjoying the stupidity because it's who they are:

That's the implicit insult I intend when I call you an Ostrich

So, ostriches ‘look’ stupid, so you - without knowing what I look like - compare me to an ostrich? That’s not only stupid, it’s a lie. You used the ‘head in the sand myth’ to equate me to an ostrich. Dishonest and doubly stupid.

Ostriches feed on seeds, shrubs, grass, fruit, flowers, and (occasionally) insects. They don’t eat onions. Triple stupid.

May you be cursed with children as stupid as you.
