Hello, I'm New

Hello, I'm New
Hello,

I'm writing a paper for a Master of Theology degree on Biblical "faith". I would really like to interview a long time atheist who is outspoken about their beliefs. A "practicing" atheist if you will. My intention is not to argue my beliefs, or defend them, and I'm certainly not asking you to defend yours. I simply would like the honest opinion about your beliefs, and then the chance to ask you some respectful questions on why you believe what you believe. Please let me know if you are interested.

thank you for taking the time to read this.

How can you "practice" "off"?

A light switch doesn't "practice" anything. It is either off or on.

One of the question I have for atheist is about "faith". Do you have "faith", in anything, and if so, what is your "foundation for that faith?"

Not the place for it, Brian.

Speedbump: This is the introduction forum. It is for new members to introduce themselves and be welcomed (or not, as the case may be).  There are plenty of other avenues for debate and discussion.

Welcome.

..

An atheist doesn't become one.

They just one day realize it.

This is the introduction thread.

I'd take you on right now, but the admins might take issue.

All I can say is, welcome, and don't think atheists want to barbecue kittens. We do record the NFL without their permission though.
