I don't think I'll ever get over an election where we won by 3 million votes but the loser gets to be our President because of a technicality of our ridiculously outdated system, resulting in a supremely unqualified con-artist to be the leader of a country where he has enjoyed not one day of popular support, and then he runs our country into the ground, just like we knew he would.

I assume you're not an American and you just don't understand that getting an amendment ratified to our federal constitution is not something that can be done by executive order. It's a very difficult process and, in this case, it's just not going to happen with one of our two political parties benefiting from it.
