Sounds tough living with your sister.

I myself am very lacking in independence too, mainly with getting about outside - I have to be escorted places before being able to get to them myself, and sometimes I have to be shown multiple times. I'm also very forgetful - I have a bad short term memory and almost non-existent visual memory and imagination - and I forget routes and dates a lot.

... but I hope I become more independent soon enough.
