sorry, I just thought that "everything is God" = "God is everything":
fr0d0 Wrote:GIVEN God = omnipresent, then everything is God.
And still, the saying that God is in everything sounds a bit odd. Perhaps because that way, it would make correct a statement like "God is in my cat" - which sounds insane. Also "God is in water" sounds insane.
Perhaps because "God is in everything" sounds as if God is taken from the spiritual realm and moved in the material realm. But if there are two realms, none is inside the other - they simply occupy the same place.

God is all powerful = god is all knowing = god is everywhere = god is me = god is a loser who isnt worth worshipping
Well..that satisfies it for me.

I would propose that this is how it was viewed pre modern & materialist times. It doesn't seem odd to me. that's how I see it.

"I know that there are no gods. I expect someone to take me up on this claim."
You are God.
Is that what you want to hear?

Oh for fuck sake; that's a tautology, like "God is love" (I think)
I'm sure Void will correct me if I'm wrong.

If you contradict me here, know that you should have read the posts before that of mine:
fr0d0 said "God isn't everything", but also said "GIVEN God = omnipresent, then everything is God."
hence, my statement (in other words, if A = B => B = A).
I don't know what you see wrong with what I've said.
And also, why "God is love" is tautology? If Allah is God, then I think He is anything but love. The word "God" hasn't defined any attributes like love, righteousness, etc. So "God is love" cannot be tautology. Or, perhaps you can find me a definition in a dictionary to say that the general word "God" (a single existing god of the universe) means "a loving God".

I know what..we all just need to sit back and have some nice, thick cut bacon and some ice cold beer..then we all agree to disagree and then we eat some salsa and chips while I cook up the steak burritos.

To know that there are no gods would be to be aware of something which is non-existance...and if you are aware of it, it would stand to reason that it does exist. Of course, you could answer that you are aware of the universe's apparent lack of gods, but to do so would be to claim awareness outside of yourself, something we might all agree that you cannot claim to have without proper proof outside of your own testament.

You're right when you talk about yourself, and you're wrong when you talk about others.

You wanted it to look like this:
If there is an awareness of thee o lord, speak up and talk to me directly; of course unless you’re a coward!!!
Here is how you do it:
Code: If there is an awareness of thee o lord, speak up and talk to me directly; of course unless you’re a coward!!!
![Smile Smile](https://atheistforums.org/images/smilies/smile.gif) You are very welcome.
