It's seriously detrimental to health. People take a long time to properly adjust their sleeping patterns, causing many adverse outcomes, such as increases in road traffic accidents or workplace injuries. Plus there's the mental health issues that arise from it.

Every damn clock in the house shows a different time. Damn it.
And who knew that cheap little alarm clock that's who know how old would adjust on it's own to DST?
Every room in the house is another time zone.

Changing the time in our dog ride is the worst.
And I just realized the new digital scale has a clock also. I think I'll skip that one.

The Echo Show by my bedside automatically adjusts, but it's developed a problem where it plays the first 15 seconds of my alarm song and then switches to an obnoxious alarm sound. I'll have to reset it.
