You guys are being very unfair to americans non existent constitutional right to inexpensive weapons.
If we can't pay less than the cost of a life to acquire the tools to take life..then what's the point..and that's an honest question.

Do you personally believe the crazed gunman when he says it wasn't a hate crime? Why would he lie?

My guess is this guy had an Asian leaning, and got turned down by an Asian. So it is still a hate crime to me. I think his business targets say a lot about what he was angry about.

The point was making it perfectly clear that these crimes weren't acceptable, because there was some debate about that..and, apparently, still is.
