She was selected by powerful people. If she seems popular now it's due to PR, not policies.

It's appropriate that Allstate would run an ad in the same shot, because a large part of the Clinton/Obama/Biden plan is that we will never get reasonable health insurance in the US, and that Dems work for corporations, not people. Kamala was selected because she goes along with this.

So they might as well sew an Allstate patch on her clothes.

Allstate, to the best of my knowledge, advertises in every college stadium and arena in the country. They are a huge financial contributor to collegiate athletic programs. Seeing an Allstate advertisement at a college sporting venue is no more surprising than seeing guys with long hair at a heavy metal concert. Claiming it's politically motivated is intellectually dishonest.

Ok, do how many "Athletes" in reality go from grade school, to high school, to college, to pro? We have all sorts of giant corporations that have their claws into everything big and small, from franchise, to mom and pop shops.

For-profit companies support sports teams or art exhibitions, etc. etc., for PR reasons. It is part of their politics.

Kamala Harris supports corporations over people.

Bullshit. Allstate's been placing ads in college sports venues for decades. It's not about PR or politics, it's about advertising. Those games are broadcast into millions of homes and Allstate wants as much visibility as they can get. What they may or may not do in the political finance arena would be political. Claiming an ad at a sports venue where Harris spoke is political is intellectual dishonesty, unless you can demonstrate that the ad was placed specifically for her appearance.

The reason Harris didn't win a single delegate in the primaries is that she didn't run in any primaries. She dropped out of the race before the Iowa caucuses.

Yes they have, but it gets fucking annoying after a certain point.

I've long since accepted ads in the field goal net in college football games. But fuck me why do you have to print your corporate logo on the goddamned field as well? I stopped watching NHL hockey decades ago when they started putting ads under the ice as if the ads on the ring were not enough.

I get making money, that is how any business works. But if you are selling entertainment, why the fuck do you need to be tapped on the shoulder every nanosecond while trying to watch something.

Corporate America will tramp stamp every fucking second of entertainment, just like this.

I did what I could.  I expect typos...but it would be nice to read a post without stopping to figure out what a word was supposed to be.
