RE: Noteworthy News

Lol, most of the chuds whining about masks have none of the above and even if they did you can breathe fine with any of the above ailments while wearing a mask.

Funny that COPD was mentioned.

COPD is #3 in the list of "causes for everyone of us keeling over, sooner or later", right after coronary heart disease and having a stroke.
Guess which condition currently (and recently!) is taking the same amount of lives every year. Naughty

I’ve seen video of your fellow citizens at local council meetings sounding off about how masks infringe on their freedom, are poisoning them with CO2, and trapping the toxins they’re trying to exhale.

Given the volume at which they speak, their lung capacity seems just dandy.

Edit: Just to be clear, anti-maskers are vastly different from those people who don’t wear masks because they legitimately can’t.
And you can tell the difference how????

Because people with the conditions you mentioned aren’t the ones who refuse to wear a mask while shrieking about their ‘rights’.

FWIW, I’ve known several people over the years with breathing problems who wore masks.

Yertle the Turtle, I mean Mitch McConnell, has openly stated that 6 January 2021 was an insurrection and the RNC was wrong for censuring several Republicans for stating the same.

Mike Pence has openly turned against TFG in the past week, and several others have done the same.

Rats leaving the sinking ship?

Is something big about to happen and they're covering their own arses?

Also, the NC elections board has said they have enough information to prevent Madison Cawthorn from holding office again (whether they do anything about it is another matter, of course).

Anyone else noticed how the '...b-b-but Hillary's emails...' crowd has gone completely silent over Trump's destroying documents and absconding to Mar-a-Lago with boxes and boxes of White House records which didn't belong to him?

The Soup Cops Are Coming! The Soup Cops Are Coming!

Quote:Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has been mocked online for a video in which she confuses the name of the Nazi secret police with a chilled tomato soup.

In the video, the Republican lawmaker from Georgia first calls the Washington, DC jail “the DC gulag” and then complains about “Nancy Pelosi’s gazpacho police” spying on members of Congress.
Quote:Commercial litigator Akiva Cohen wrote: “I join her in her fight against both the Gazpacho police and their collaborationist allies in the Vichyssoise.”

“Wait, gulag... or goulash? Better check with the gazpacho police,” posted The Maddow Blog.

“Coming next: ‘The Bouillabassi Stasi’” tweeted Bloomberg Opinion’s Robert George.

Actor Josh Malina wryly commented: “Stupidity, like revenge, is a dish best served cold.”

This is what happens when books are banned.
