No it was simply the police and prosecutor being so focused on convicting him that they deliberately hid exculpatory evidence.  This probably makes Hannah Gutierrez-Reed's appeal a slam dunk too.

It's what happens when the prosecution lies against a defendant who can afford a good counsel.

The classified documents case against former President Donald Trump has been dismissed by Judge Aileen Cannon, according to court records.

The judge ruled that special counsel Jack Smith's apointment was unconstitutional.

"The Superseding Indictment is DISMISSED because Special Counsel Smith’s appointment violates the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution," she wrote.

This judge is clearly incorrect in her reading of what an "inferior" officer is. Jack Smith is clearly an inferior officer, as he is supervised by and may be removed by the AG -- which is what would've happened had this case been continued and Trump won.

And still useful idiots like @Aractus argue that Trump is not a threat to democracy.
