It’s a half-arsed victory for the USAID funds. Five of the Supremes said Trump has to unfreeze the funds he froze. Beyond that, it’s kicked back to the lower courts, so Donald and the Trumpettes can continue to abuse the system to keep the money from getting out.

Couple dollars more than that here, but I rarely eat eggs anyway.
