Why not, as long as he was winning? Hell, Glazer is a magat, and cancelled his ass for losing, not for the stream of shit he certainly didn't start saying when it happened to end up in emails. Everybody already knew chucky was like this.

Most of those emails were sent while he was on the commentating side of the biz. I wasn't aware of his personality until just recently. In this case I would say his performance did not protect him. There was an offensive email that got released into the wild last week and that prompted a deeper investigation which turned up a pattern and that's what got him canned. I just don't understand how a person can behave like this and face his colleagues (who are of different races and gender) on a daily basis. I suppose its similar to the type of compartmentalization that Christians employ.
Why is it so?

He was 19-29 since going back at the start of this season (3-2 this season). OFC that's not going to protect him. It's garbage. Now, had he been bringing home rings....maybe there'd be an apology tour and a heartfelt statement of remorse.
I wouldn't worry about him, sure some wingnut welfare network will pick him up. He said all the right things.

Can't do aspirin because it aides in gout flare-up. So I use ibuprofen.

I saw that news today also. I am 58, the concern is mostly about people over 60, and bleeding. I plan to talk to my doctor about it anyway, I am on a daily aspirin regimen.
William Shatner is about to become a real spaceman: he will ne aboard the Blue Origin rocket launch tomorrow. Go Capt. Kirk! (ABC News will be airing the event live at 10:00 AM Wednesday 10-13-21.
