It’s right. The only one of the three cops charged was Hankinson. He fired (from inside the flat) through a patio door, the rounds going into a neighbour’s flat. No one was ever charged with shooting or killing Ms. Taylor.

Correct. The obvious takeaway is that if you shoot at an innocent black woman, you only get charged if you miss.
