Awful scenes from Baltimore. The Francis Scott Key bridge (Interstate 695) collapsed after being struck by a cargo ship. There were clearly vehicles on the bridge at the time, including a highway crew with flashing yellow lights. Nightmare stuff.

Hmmm, starting to see a pattern here.  We have planes falling apart in the air and ships taking out bridges...I think I will just continue to stay home.

Cargo ship that hit Baltimore bridge was involved in Antwerp collision in 2016 (msn.com)

The same vessel that hit the Baltimore Key Bridge on Tuesday, destroying it and sending people and vehicles tumbling into the water, was also involved in a collision while leaving the port of Antwerp, Belgium, in 2016.
