Quote:Pope Francis on Tuesday reiterated his opposition to gay priests, allegedly repeating a highly pejorative slur in an encounter with clerics just two weeks after the Vatican issued an apology amid reports that he had used the same word in an earlier meeting with bishops.
Francis reportedly repeated the slur in a meeting with 200 priests at Rome’s Salesian Pontifical University, according to major Italian outlets. The Vatican, in a statement, did not mention use of the derogatory word but said the pontiff had spoken of the “danger of ideologies in the Church.”

It's a shame he doesn't have a wife that he can blame for things.

Tried to find an upside down Vatican City flag.

I think KISS frontman Gene Simmons may be losing it. In a recent interview, he praised Taylor Swift while lamenting the lack of other 'great' musicians in the current era:
'When we were growing up in the 60s, we had Led Zeppelin, the Stones, the Beatles, Elvis, Pink Floyd, Madonna, Prince, David Bowie. All of that was happening at the same time.' (Bold mine)

Mr. Simmons also stated, he was told he'd give Entwistle a run for his money. While Gene is a somewhat decent bass player, he is in no way, shape, or form, an Entwistle rival.

Not liking Taylor's style of music does not mean she has no talent. It merely means you don't like her genre.
Kiss was popular in the 80s as well, so that is what he meant in including Madonna and Prince. Maybe not well phrased, but still accurate in including Madonna and Prince and Bowie in the ranks of Floyd, Zeppelin, Stones, Beatles. I'd say the only overrated icon mentioned was Elvis. He had most of his songs written for him. Taylor writes her own songs.

You may have missed the point: Simmons likes Taylor Swift a really, really lot. At the same time, he thinks Madonna and Prince were active in the 1960s.
And simply because Elvis didn’t write songs is no reason to call him ‘overrated’.

Mr. 37 you once claimed that Vernon Reid was better than Hendrix, not that you preferred Reid over Hendrix, but that he was better. You might want to keep your opinion of musical talent or who is, or who isn't overrated, somewhere like the Challenger Deep.
