Huge difference between saying Mickey Mouse is real, and actually writing laws based on fiction. The word "theocracy" literally is based on laws based on religion.
If you want to claim ABBA is the one true God, by all means do. But if you want to go beyond that bullshit claim and actually write laws mandating bowing to ABBA, yea, I have a huge problem with that.
The problem worldwide with every religion to certain degrees, there are always assholes, regardless of religion, whom try to interject religion into law.
