Nobody is the expert, so what's the point of talking about it? Just to point fingers and accuse without the evidence. GOP did conclude that it came from a Chinese lab, but without any evidence. Politicians in China concluded it came from Pentagon, also without any evidence.

From the McCaul Report summary:

Quote:The Wuhan Institute of Virology:

There are documented concerns about the safety and integrity of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, including in State Department Cables. The CCP still refuses to share lab samples from WIV that would help assess if WIV played a role in the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic. (pg. 42-43)

No, the GOP didn't conclude that it came from a lab.  It is more like Trump's "some people are saying ...".

Then let's then wait for the conclusion since we are obviously not experts.

And, what a word game: GOP didn't conclude that it came from the Chinese lab but puts blame on it.

Quote:Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee released a report on Monday blaming the COVID-19 outbreak on a Chinese lab leak — a theory that has been gaining popularity but has yet to gain the support of the US intelligence community.

While the original report focused mainly on China's role in downplaying the outbreak, the addendum included details from records released in the past year to draw the conclusion that the virus was accidentally released from a Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) laboratory.

Below are highlights from the report. It should be noted that the staff report is only a hypothesis based on open source records.

And the main problem is the Chinese system of government which is by nature very secretive and which in turn is great for conspiracy nuts to pin on it whatever they want.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

So a guy who mutilates animals for fun is suddenly worried about animal welfare

Quote:Pentagon denies leaving behind US military service dogs in Afghanistan

Former US President Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., posted the news on Twitter. He wrote, “The Biden administration didn’t just abandon Americans in Afghanistan. They even abandoned hard-working service dogs!!!”

The Pentagon maintains that no US military service dogs have been left behind by the government, and the claims of this news have been falsified.

Lin Wood goes on eye-popping rant about Walmart selling 'fetal tissue parts' food

Notorious right-wing lawyer L. Lin Wood has greatly expanded his conspiracy theories beyond QAnon and Trump's "Big Lie" of election fraud.

"Stop going to Walmart, stop going to Target," Wood instructed. "Stop buying the food that they have been producing for years with fetal tissue parts to kill you!"

"John D. Rockefeller was a devil worshipper, part of the Illuminati," he alleged.

"Do the research, connect the dots, Illuminati is real," Wood claimed.

Parent tells school board that vaccines are Deep State conspiracy to depopulate the world

Quote:“The deep state medical establishment wants all of us to be depopulated. I know you guys think that’s a conspiracy theory, but it’s not, it’s a fact,” said the parent, without providing evidence.
“They want us divided. They want us to fight each other so they can win,” he continued, before alleging that US scientists and medical professional were “in cahoots with each other to depopulate us”.

“Every parent here wants freedom, maybe except some of them who are brainwashed by the deep state media,” the parent added, in footage that has since been viewed 500,000 times on Twitter.

They brought their bad health on themselves afterall, just like those who won't take the vaccine. That's one extremely immoral doctor. Do no harm.

Obesity is a disease, and there's good evidence that smoking is a chemical dependency.  So you want to treat people who, through no fault of their own, engage in behaviors that compromise their health, the same as people who willingly compromise their health by ignoring doctors and health authorities?

Stupidity is a condition as well. Let's not ignore that. And when we're talking about memetics, once a person's mind has latched onto a meme like "vaccines bad", it can be as hard to get rid of that idea as it is to quit smoking or even let go of religion. And that's not even to mention that no one makes any choices in this world, as free will is a figment of religious people's imaginations and we know better in this modern day and age. We're not living in the stone age anymore. We know at least a little something about the brain these days.

People don't trust health authorities anymore, and for good reason I would assert. They are compromised and in large part are political agencies. Reports say the Biden admin doesn't trust the WHO and thinks their covid origin investigation was about as BS as it gets. You have Fauci who is a political actor, lying to the public over and over. First he said masks don't work, then they do work. First Fauci said the lab leak theory was preposterous, and then he backtracked and said he's no longer confident it didn't come from the lab, and now he's lied about gain of function while being questioned by Rand Paul a few times. The former head of the CDC is saying it was all a lab leak. Putting politics over science has made these agencies more distrusted probably than ever, and that's among liberals too.

And also, let's remember that many big democrat names we're pushing vaccine hesitancy during the election, and even saying they don't trust the FDA. There's a short compilation of this in the video below. I tried to find a video with just the compilation, but this will have to do. The part I'm referring to is 2 minutes 22 seconds into the video and is only a few minutes long.

Yet you got the shot. Interesting. You continue to spread the conspiracy theories.
