Cooking vs Restaurants
RE: Cooking vs Restaurants
Have to admit I'm surprised to find other cereal lovers. My wife just shakes her head at me. Maybe the stuff is more popular than I realized. They have an entire isle at the store so somebody must be buying it.
Why is it so?

I like Chick-fil-A.  There are two main reasons: 1)Their food is damn consistent and 2)The line at the drive thru can be 30 cars long and you will still get out of there with a hot, correct order in less time than almost any other fast food place that has 5 cars in line.

I'll add a third - their lemonade is amazing.

I get why some people don't want to go there but there are shops and stores I went to before COVID that were mom and pop places and I had no damn idea what their religious preferences are.

It's not their religious preferences, but their out in the open, loud and proud homophobia that keeps me from spending so much as a single cent there.

That. IDGAF what someone's religious or political beliefs are - but if a company espouses discriminatory behavior, that factors into my decisioning. If you wave your junk around in public, expect people to notice.

I had both the kiddos over last night with their SO's, grilled some chicken & corn and had a feast. I also made some ice cream, pumpkin pie flavored. I really enjoy making ice cream at home. It's super easy to do and I have complete creative control over flavors and consistency, so I do a lot of experimentation.
