Terror attack at UK hospital

We've had a bomb attack at a Womans Hospital yetsterday in Liverpool. It looks like only the detonator went off but a man died.
I was wondering what the US take on it was but you guys are so introspective it didn't warrant a mention.

One reason that more people weren’t killed or injured is that the taxi driver had the presence of mind to lock the bomber in the cab. The driver’s name is David Perry, and he deserves to be recognized.

Good job. Pity about the cab. That's going to make a fascinating insurance claim.  Popcorn

 I can't understand the language in the YouTube clip. I guess cameras being there means he gave a warning? 

Funny, I've never thought of Americans as introspective. More like disinterested in most other countries. Be grateful if an American can locate your country on a map. Many have no idea where Australia might be. When I was in New York I was complimented on my English.

It wasn't until I started travelling that I discovered the irrelevance of my own country.  I'd be away for over month and never  see Australia mentioned in the News..
