What would you do if given a ton of money?

Pay off my house. Put money away for my kids to go to college. Set up a fund for some of my students who are less fortunate that have potential to go to college.

Hire a full-time servant for my cats.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
Travel.
Have a nice place to live in several nice places around the world. Start a shelter for rescued animals. 
Short sell boat loads of Tesla stock.
Finish my education. Pay my debts (and some of my family's debts). Buy some property. Create a commune near a reputable (but not ivy league) university.
The commune would be for disenfranchised intellectuals. Buy a house in the woods. In that house, write a book. 
I'd upgrade my car (to a *newer* second-hand Toyota), upgrade my alto clarinet (probably spending twice as much on that than on the car, around $15K), finish all outstanding house renovations, and give a bit away. Then I'd sit around puzzled for a while as I tried to think of something else I actually wanted/needed.
Same thing I'm already doing, just bigger.
