Still, it is a society full of psychopaths and their mental health showed what level of apathy it reached in my civilisation's encounter with them in 2003 ! the Japanese told similar stories of utter psychopathy about their ancestors.

To each their view; but you can ask a an African parent who got their daughter raped and killed about where they would prefer her attacker to be trailed: a country where they would be imprisoned for life -with  a chance of parole- or an Islamic country where they would be hanged probably.

Technically, the japanese were told those stories by their government, to the point that they threw their children off of cliffs rather than let them be captured.  This gutted more than a few mothers who, then, found out that other mothers kids were alive and being treated very well as captives.  This is the reason you should just stick with mentioning your barbaric desires and urges, and leave history to people who read it.
Also, the Japanese committed plenty of similar acts. Rape of Nanking anyone  Dodgy

Winter lives under this delusion fascist Japan was this defenseless land made up of hippies rather than aggressive military power who sought conquest and plunder. I assure him that if Imperial Japan had ever taken his lands they would view him as little more than free labor or a pest to be done away with.

What part of "No. Fucking. Exceptions." did you not get, Winter?

Two wrongs do not make a right.  Imprison a criminal to keep them from harming someone else, yes.  Physically maim them, no.  To do so is a crime in itself.

If I only "imprisoned" the criminal, then I neglected the victim and banned them -by force- from their right to see the abuser pay for their deeds.
Who said that prison is a fair retribution for crimes such as rape, loot, murder & pillage? I just told you these crimes leave a "permanent stigma".

This will create an inflating bubble of hate & grudge that would end up bursting with vendettas and reflective waves of vengeance.
The rise of populism is my proof. Masses proved that they prefer the populous speech over yours; their motive were clear: they want blind vengeance from the whole world.

Cause? the bubble I just told you about bursted.
It will burst again, believe me.

That is a disgustingly primitive way of looking at justice. Retribution is not the way to go. No one has the right to commit a crime in retaliation for another one.

That is a truly ghoulish mindset

Justice is not about retribution. Only a primitive or depraved mind sees it that way.

Maybe I don't follow the news well enough - I am unaware of 'vendettas and reflective waves of vengeance' caused by prisoners being put into prison.

Now we're on to recent history. The rise of global populism has little to do with prisons, and, ironically, alot to do with islam. Specifically peoples fear of islam - driven in the main by ignorance, and islamists like yourself Winter. Seems a bit redundant when you say it out loud, but oh well.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Seriously? so Hitler was driven by hate towards Islam?
Was Nazi Germany -the father of Right-Wing extremism- driven by hate towards Islam, or hate towards anything "not white-not racist" like them?

Islam was nothing more than another justification for Right-Wing insanity actions and populism, just like Judaism was in the times of Hitler, it is a redundant cycle. Yesterday it was Judaism, today it is Islam, tomorrow it is the left wing.

The age of your outdated (war on terror) propaganda is over, wake up and see that the real enemy is just replacing labels to justify its crimes.

Nope in that case it was the fear of communism

Not even remotely the Jews has done nothing to inspire fear in Germany while Islamist lunatics like you have been the greatest boon to right-wing nut jobs ever
