RE: Favorite Video Game
Your never too old for games. Most video games today are made for a more mature audience anyway.

Agreed, I'm 28 and gaming is still my main source of entertainment. If you manage prioritizing your daily and weekly tasks, there will be enough time to enjoy pc or video games. I still play wow, I don't do much these days though but my account is still active and I do play whenever I got time. and my most recent single-player experience was Dragon Age II, also whenever I have time I play BFBC2 and its Vietnam DLC.

You actually can become too old for games. Though that has to do with sensory loss more than being old in and of itself.

Most video games today are akin to farmville and random action/puzzle games of light difficulty: casual experiences aimed at young people, people who don't seek immersion in their entertainment, and people who are just bored and looking for something random to do. Games aimed at a 'mature audience' that have a story worth playing through could even die out given the much higher cost of production and the reletively 'niche' group of people who would buy them (when compared with the "games" like farmville that can be produced a dime a dozen with less effort, more net revenue, and fewer/cheaper investors). I'm not saying that this will happen anytime soon, but things seem to be trending in that direction as gaming becomes more mainstream (which I suppose is to be expected).

I missed Supaplex, Lemmings, The Incredible Machine, and Prince of Persia in my last post.

I do not think it is necessary to believe that the same God who has given us our senses, reason, and intelligence wished us to abandon their use, giving us by some other means the information that we could gain through them

I have a ps3 and 360, but I haven't played my 360 in about a year.

wts ps3 for half what I bought it. Only things i particularly enjoyed on it are heavy rain and uncharted 2. No backwards compatibility with ps2 and ps1 means it is almost worthless to me.
